What we collect

This website does not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it — for example, by submitting the project request form or contacting us by email or Telegram.

The project request form collects the details you enter: name, company, email, Telegram handle, industry, goals, current website or social page, design preferences, indicative budget and your project description.

Basic technical data (browser type, device type, pages viewed and aggregated traffic statistics) is collected to help us improve the experience.

If you accept measurement cookies, we also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure which pages and campaigns lead to purchases. It sets cookies in your browser and sends event data such as page views and completed purchases to Meta. It is only loaded after you accept; you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie banner or by clearing your browser storage.

Payments are processed by Payzink. We never see or store your full card details; Payzink provides us with the payment amount, status and the email address you used at checkout.

How we use it

Information you share is used solely to evaluate your request, respond to your inquiry and deliver agreed services. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Request submissions are stored in our secured backend and may be forwarded to our internal team channel (Telegram) so we can respond quickly.

Retention and processors

We retain inquiry data only as long as needed for the relationship and applicable record-keeping. We use reputable infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage and messaging; they process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have shared by contacting hello@aurawebstudios.com.

This policy is provided in alignment with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and GDPR principles where applicable.
