Lost or broken Aura Library access

If your access link does not open, email hello@aurawebstudios.com with the email address you paid with. We restore access manually, usually within a few hours and always within one business day.

Include your company name, the website URL and a short description of the issue, plus a screenshot or screen recording where possible.

Response times

We reply to support requests within one business day. Urgent issues on live sites — a site that is down or a broken checkout — are prioritized.

What is covered

Build defects on a delivered project are fixed at no cost. New features, content changes and redesigns are quoted as additional work or covered by an ongoing improvement retainer.
