Refund Policy

The Aura Library (digital product)

The Aura Library is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. By completing checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that, once access has been delivered, the right to withdraw or cancel no longer applies.

For that reason, purchases of the Aura Library are non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by the mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under that law.

If your access link does not open, or you did not reach the access page after paying, contact hello@aurawebstudios.com with your payment receipt and we will restore access. If we cannot deliver working access, you receive a full refund.

We do not offer refunds because a design does not match a personal preference, because you decided not to use the files, or because you expected pre-built code rather than editable design files. Read the product description and the FAQ before buying.

If you believe your case is covered by mandatory consumer rights, write to hello@aurawebstudios.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review it individually.

Fixed pricing

Every project is quoted at a fixed price agreed in writing before work begins. There are no hourly surprises. Projects typically start with a deposit and are completed against the agreed scope.

Deposits

Deposits reserve production capacity and cover discovery, strategy and initial design work. Once that work has started, deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date; any remaining unearned balance is refunded within 14 business days.

If we cannot deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.

After launch

Completed and launched websites are not refundable, as the deliverable has been transferred. Post-launch changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional costs, quoted in advance.
