Scope

This website is published by AURADYNAMICS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES - FZCO, trading as Aura Web Studios. It presents our design and development services and sells one digital product, the Aura Library.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, copy, designs and source code on this site are the property of AURADYNAMICS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES - FZCO unless otherwise indicated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

On client projects, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to the client once the agreed fees are paid in full. Third-party assets, fonts and licensed components remain subject to their own licenses.

Aura Library licence

The Aura Library is a set of editable website design files created by AURADYNAMICS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES - FZCO. Buying it grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the designs. The copyright in the files stays with us.

You may: use the designs for your own websites and for websites you build for your clients, modify them freely, and build an unlimited number of end products from them.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or publish the files themselves (in original or modified form), include them in another template pack, marketplace listing, course or asset bundle, or share your access link with anyone outside your organisation.

Access is issued per purchase. If we detect that access has been shared or the files redistributed, we may revoke access without refund.

What the Aura Library is and is not

The Aura Library is delivered as editable design files, plus a written step-by-step guide describing how to turn a chosen design into a live website using modern design and AI development tools. It is not a pre-coded theme, plugin, or one-click installable product.

Third-party tools, hosting, domains, fonts or AI services you may choose to use are billed by those providers under their own terms. Aura Web Studios charges nothing beyond the one-time library price.

Project engagements

Every engagement is confirmed in writing with a defined scope, price and timeline before work begins. Requests submitted through this website are proposals for evaluation and do not create a binding contract on their own.

Timelines depend on client feedback and content readiness. Work paused by the client for more than 30 days may be rescheduled or re-quoted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content through our forms.

Changes

We may update, modify or discontinue any part of the website or these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AURADYNAMICS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES - FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
